Cottage Description

Comfortable Accommodation

Entrance to this period cottage is via a large CONSERVATORY / DINING ROOM overlooking the secluded patio-garden. Low ceilings are a feature (not) to be missed in the fully equipped KITCHEN; the LOUNGE has new cottage-style furniture, log fire, Hi-fi stereo system and Sky-TV.

Steep cottage stairs lead to LANDING BEDROOM with twin beds, leading to the pretty MAIN BEDROOM overlooking open fields. Comfortable duvets on all beds. The BATHROOM has bath with shower-mixer, toilet and washbasin. Nice towels are provided.

The cottage is double-glazed and there is electric storage heating for the cooler evenings. No smoking or pets in the main part of the cottage. One well behaved dog allowed in the conservatory (only).

Outside is a brick-built store-shed that will double as a children’s PLAYHOUSE. Safe off-road parking and seashore stones complete this traditional Suffolk dwelling, which is ideal for cosy weekends, bird watching or family beach holidays.
