View a fully modernised Edwardian-semi in the famous seaside town of
Southwold.
The 3-bedroom house is just 500m from the beach and the delightful Pier. The
town centre is 5 minutes walk and is the home of the CAMRA approved Adnams
brewery, classy hotels, designer shops and real salty character.
The Sunrise Coast and the Suffolk Heritage Coast meet
at the mouth of the River Blyth. The "Saltings" area of the Suffolk Heritage Coast
is perfect for walking and bird watching along the estuary of the river or
along the old narrow gauge railway line. The river separates the salty village of Walberswick
and the Georgian splendour of Southwold
one of Eastern England's best-kept secrets.

Minsmere are in cycle range. The ancient burial ship at Sutton Hoo, Norwich Castle and the Norfolk Broads are only a
short drive.
